Little League® Forms |
| Below are some links to forms on the official
Little League® site. You may need to install the latest Adobe®
Reader to see display the forms correctly. Some of the forms will
allow you to fill them out before you print them. You can choose to
print out the blank form and fill it in by hand, or some of the forms
will allow you to fill in the blanks on your screen before you print
them out. If you choose to fill the form out prior to printing, the
information that you type in the form is not transmitted from your
screen anywhere. Meaning that information is not sent to another computer,
in fact the new versions of the Adobe® reader will not allow you
to save the form if it is filled out, not even on your own computer. |
